The 18 boys 1’s put up a massive fight against Bulleen in their VJBL Grand Final on Friday night, in the end just falling short of championship glory… But to achieve what they did from qualifying in 8th place for finals is a story within itself 💪 From having little-to-zero finals hope in their last regular season game against Gippsland, they clinched the last Playoff spot, moving on to an elimination final against Geelong, where they won by 21 points 🤯 Then moving onto the semis, they were matched up against the 4th place McKinnon, beating them by 41 points 😤 And then there was their Knox match-up, where they won by a nail-biting 4 points!!!
