A man and woman were killed, and at least nine other people, including three teens, were injured in a shooting at Lemon Hill in Fairmount Park Monday night, Philadelphia police said. All of the wounded were reported to be in stable condition. No weapons have been recovered, and no one has been arrested. However, police believe a "switch" that can make a handgun fully automatic was likely used in the mass shooting. "It's pretty rapid fire, so we're pretty confident that there probably was a switch on this gun," Philadelphia Police Commissioner Kevin Bethel said.
