Here’s one of my favorite quick and easy breakfasts you can make in five minutes or less: Protein Oatmeal
• 1/2 cup oats
• 3/4 water
• 1 scoop protein powder
• 1/2 cup of blueberries
• 1 sliced banana
Just cook your oats, add in the frozen blueberries (sound on to why frozen), add in live.momentous protein powder (Spiced Chai is 👌🏽) and top with banana - simple, fast, and packed with everything you need to kickstart your morning. Here are the macros:

86g carbs
