Tuscaloosa Fire Rescue celebrated National EMS Week Friday by recognizing one of their own with the EMS Provider of the Year Award. Tuscaloosa native Colby Pate, an apparatus operator and paramedic, received this year's certificate for his hard work and dedication to his field.
