Tuscaloosa Police were called to the McDonald's at Buttermilk Road around 9:30 p.m. May 22 after reports of a shooting. A subject told police he'd been in a fight with another person; after the fight was over, that person grabbed a gun from his vehicle and shot at him. The person who was shot at said he returned fire and the first shooter left. Soon after, 23-year-old Kendall Curry arrived at DCH Regional Medical Center with a non life-threatening gunshot wound.
