3 supersets:
Front Squats 5x3
Lat Pull Down 4x12
Reverse Lunges 4x8 each leg
Seated Row 4x12
Glute Focused Hip Extension 4x15
Tricep Pull Down 4x12
If I only have 1-2 opportunities to workout on a trip, I will often combine upper and lower body and superset for efficiency/time.
Any of these exercises can be modified or swapped depending on what you have available. No seated row? Do a dumbbell row.
