osmic Brownie Cookies 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup cocoa powder 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup white sugar 1 egg 2 tsp vanilla 1 cup flour 3/4 tsp baking powder 1/3 cup chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate) Frosting 2/3 cup chopped chocolate or chocolate chips 1/3 cup heavy cream Rainbow crunch sprinkles for the top Melt the butter, add the cocoa powder, add the sugars and the egg, add the vanilla, the flour, baking powder, chopped chocolate Scoop the dough into 1/3 cup portions and bake at 350 for about 20 min. Let it cool down. While the cookies cool down make the frosting by pouring hot cream over the chopped chocolate. Place in the fridge for 5 minutes to thicken faster. Stir very well.
