When gbrooks5_ was transferred to St. Jude’s hospital both of his parents moved to Memphis along with his girlfriend. There were nights when it seemed the sun would never rise, & those are the nights his father Greg Brooks Sr. was the most frightened. He knows his son is strong, & he was sure he could win the physical battle. It was his mental health & emotional well being that worried Sr. most. So, I asked lil GB how he was doing, & as you’d expect he answered… “I’m in a good space. I try not to let anything bother me”.
