Jack Bech’s phone was ringing off the hook on January 1st. When his brother in law called 3 times he knew something was wrong. He told him that his older brother Tiger was on Bourbon Street the morning of the terrorist attack, and couldn’t be found. Jack pinged Tiger’s phone on Bourbon as his family prepared for the worst.
