October 19, 2022 I broke the T11-12 section of my back and was paralyzed from the waist down in an accident that happened in the gym. I was performing a 5x5 squat when my spine snapped mid set and paralyzed me. It’s been a long flight journey that never ends, but with God by my side I’ve over come many battles along this journey. I used to think that my appearance was the most important thing. I’ve quickly learned that there is so much more to life.
