October 19, 2022 I was paralyzed in an accident that happened at the gym. I was squatting in a 5x5 when my spine snapped mid set, partially tearing my spinal cord, paralyzing me from the waist down. I’ll never forget my social worker was looking for new jobs for me, she didn’t think I could cut hair in this situation. She didn’t know what I had in me!
