She couldn’t pronounce many of the ingredients which sounded like chemicals from a science project. One of the ingredients that shocked her the most was titanium dioxide. After googling it, she discovered it was a whitening agent for industrial paint. Why was this in our food???!!!! In her effort for healthier eating, Karen began making her own dressings. Her creations quickly became a hit with friends and family, who urged her to bottle them up. With dedication and passion, she navigated the challenges of starting her own business.
