A protester was arrested after an altercation turned physical outside of Buchanan High School at around 4 p.m., police say. A disturbance was reported at around 4 p.m. between two adults at the intersection of Nees and Minnewawa. This altercation was happening during the CIF State Championship at Buchanan High School. The protester was on the sidewalk with a transgender flag and got into a verbal altercation with someone in a car about the controversy of one of the athletes participating. Video from Josh Fulfer, who was inside the vehicle that was attacked, was shared to FOX26 News.
