1. Rope Length - one foot on rope, rope between belly button
2. Proper Arm & Hand Position - elbows back behind ribs, hands by hips, palms facing out.
3. Wrists - flick wrists as if they have water on them, they do the work, not your shoulders
4. Execution Tips - jump low, 1–2 inches off the ground, rope make contact with ground, neutral head, eyes forward, stay tall with a strong core
