🌟 UVAC EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH 🌟 Tom Wallace is our UVAC "Life Saver". He has been supporting the aquatic department as Interim Aquatic Director and his effort and tremendous care for the pool and his staff are amazing. He is so reliable and has strong communication skills, we are so lucky to have him at UVAC. Tom exemplifies the leadership credo of "follow me". He has stepped up and taken the helm of our lifeguard ship and steered us through a turbulent stretch. We are now seeing staffing numbers and morale go up as a direct result of his commitment to UVAC. We are lucky to have such a hard working individual on our team. Tom has gone above and beyond with managing pools, staff, and programs with smiles and jokes. During stressful times he makes you feel at ease, and he is always willing to help when he can, while also offering better solutions or suggestions.
