May is mental health awareness month! May serves as a month to raise awareness about mental health issues, educate yourself & others, and promote well-being!
Here are some words from our Director of Risk & Wellness, Harper!
💌 “As we end the month of May, it’s important to note that it is mental health awareness month! Summer break is a better time than ever to put yourself first and prioritize mental well-being. This can look completely different from person to person! Whether it’s going on walks and exercising, mindfulness and meditation, going to therapy, or hanging out with friends, all that matters is that the method works for you. Remember that it is completely okay and necessary to practice self-care, even when it’s hard. Happy summer!”
