One of Detroit’s coolest landmarks is flowing again! 💦 The Dodge Fountain at Hart Plaza—first completed back in 1981—was designed by legendary artist Isamu Noguchi as a futuristic tribute to the city and the Dodge family legacy. After being dry for over a decade, it just got a $6.7 million makeover in 2024, and now it’s back in all its splashy, LED-lit glory. The giant stainless steel ring shoots water from all angles, and at night it lights up like a sci-fi movie set. If you haven’t been down to the riverfront lately, now’s the time.
