The teams that have reached their goals and made it to the top are the ones full of athletes who are willing to put in the extra work off the ice, give it their all on the ice, and push themselves and their teammates to be the best, especially on the hard days. As synchronized skaters, our seasons are long and it’s easy to get tired and complacent. I challenge everyone to dig deep and find the joy in the hard work, making each practice better than the one before!
