Embarking on a big skating trip? ✈️ Here are some of my essentials to make the journey as comfy and enjoyable as possible, so we can hit the ice feeling fresh and ready! ❄️
1️⃣ Keep Warm
🧣 Bring a huge scarf that doubles as a blanket – perfect for staying cozy on planes and buses.
🧦 Pack a pair of fluffy, soft socks to ensure your feet stay warm and comfy throughout your journey (mine are always freezing cold 😬).
2️⃣ Stay Hydrated and Energized:
💧 Have a water bottle at hand – because hydration is key! I always bring my reusable one. No exceptions.
🍎Prioritize health and nutrition with wholesome snacks like fruit, nuts, dried fruit, and energy/raw bars.
💋Combat dry lips with a trusty lip balm – even more important during these winter months or flights.
