“My best travel tip is to always stay snacking.
Over the last 7 years travelling for international competitions, I’ve learned a few handy food tricks to never feel hungry. When travelling, I like to find a local grocery store and grab some easy portable snacks. This can be things like crackers, fruits, yogurt or granola bars. Things that I can easily take with me to a training session or on a tourist adventure. This way I never feel hungry and always have a quick energy boost.”
