Prioritizing sleep 💤
Sleep is the key to everything - success, health and spirit 😴 We usually leave early in the morning, so sleep will inevitably be short, but I try to get as much sleep as possible by packing and getting everything ready for the morning in advance.
I like to pack earplugs, noise-canceling headphones, an eye mask and a neck pillow to ensure a good sleep during travel. There can also be loud noises or disturbing lights in the hotel, so they definitely belong in my bag. 🧳 Traveling is always tiring and exhausting, so I try to rest and sleep whenever possible along the way.
When you’re traveling with your team, it’s easy to stay up late because it’s tempting to hang out with your teammates. But I promise that when everyone gets a good nights rest, everyone will be in a better mood and the competition will probably go better too!
