There’s just something about a historic Galveston 1900 #StormSurvivor after dark! Every historic home on the island has a story to tell, and the 1870 Charles and Kate Albertson House, or should we say houses, has plenty! Have you ever wandered Galveston’s historic neighborhoods at night?! Soon after the Civil War, the home was built for cotton buyer, Charles Albertson, on what was then a bayou. Unfortunately, the home was badly damaged in the 1900 Storm and was eventually split into two separate structures that we see as neighbors today! 📸 roamgalveston #StormSurvivorSunday
