Henry Diltz was just finding success with his band, the Modern Folk Quartet, when he picked up a camera by chance in a secondhand store. From that moment, his place in history was set in motion. Living in the heart of the music movement in Laurel Canyon, Henry was perfectly positioned to capture some of the most pivotal music moments, including Woodstock, the Monterey Pop Festival, The Doors' Morrison Hotel album cover, and his friend Neil Young.
