🏆NATIONAL CHAMPION🏆 Senior Justin Eichler of the @uwplattxctf team was crowned the @ncaadiii champion in the hammer throw Saturday afternoon on the final day of the National Championships from Doug Shaw Memorial Stadium in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Eichler, who entered the championships as the DIII leader in the event, claimed the hammer throw title by throwing a mark of 64.11m (210’ 4”) on his fourth attempt. In rainy conditions, Eichler advanced to the finals with a toss of 60.85m (199’ 7”) on his first throw of the day.
