I got the call to join the Indianapolis Colts, but I was 70 pounds underweight and had only two weeks to bulk up safely. Here’s how I put on 30 pounds in just a few weeks, without just cramming a bunch of junk:
✅ Whole-fat dairy
✅ Calorie-dense nuts (macadamia ❤️)
✅ Red meat for protein and healthy fats
✅ PB&J sandwiches for easy, quick calories
✅ Extra protein shakes right when I woke up and just before bed
