For its final year; the ‘Best Of’ menu celebrates diners’ favourite dishes from the past three years of Pelagos on Tour. Over the years, Chef Luca is in no doubt as to the Tour’s greatest lesson: “The reminder to cherish life’s simple pleasures – genuine hospitality, the ease of slow living and enjoying nature’s gifts in their purest form”.
