EMPRESS STRAWBERRY SPRITZ • 1½ oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin • 3 Fresh Strawberries • 1 oz Aperol • ½ oz Simple Syrup • 2 oz Chilled Prosecco, to top • Strawberry Slice, to garnish METHOD: In a shaker, muddle the strawberries until juicy. Add simple syrup, Aperol, Empress 1908 Indigo Gin, and a handful of ice to the shaker. Stir well to chill and combine. Double strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
