In honor of national running day, here’s all the things I tell myself during long/hard runs.
I truly thing running long distances always comes down to mindset! Some days I feel strong. Other days, I’m gaslighting myself at every mile. Butttt I remind myself how lucky I am to even get to do this. One day, I’ll miss being able to move my body & so I’m trying to make the most of it.
