another one… yeah you saw this coming lol hot & humid. not the race day conditions I dream about but somehow… still so good 🫠 didn’t hit the pace per mile I was hoping for, but felt way stronger and faster I thought I would given the day. proud of that!! running really is the best reminder that progress doesn’t always look perfect 💛 already scheming the next one & can’t wait to share soon.
