A man is suing after allegedly suffering “permanent catastrophic injuries" at Disney World. Eugene Strickland says he was dislodged from an inner tube on a waterslide at Disney World’s Blizard Beach water park in 2021. He weighed 334 pounds at the time of the incident — 34 pounds above the Downhill Double Dipper’s allowable weight limit. He's now suing Walt Disney Parks and Resorts for $50,000 in damages.
