June is National Indigenous History Month — a time to recognize and honour the rich cultures, traditions, and contributions of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples.
In October, the team visited Manitoulin Island, 67’s defenceman Kohyn Eshkawkogan’s home, to learn about the M’Chigeeng community.
The 67’s take this time to reflect, learn, and stand in recognition of Indigenous communities as we acknowledge TD Place is located on the traditional, unceded territory of the Algonquin Anishinaabe Nation.
