To avoid blood sugar spikes and energy/mood swings, start your day with a meal loaded with healthy fats and high quality protein, and skip the starch/sugar!
I tend to vary my breakfast timing which I find works great for many people.
Throughout evolution, humans never had strict consistency in when they ate.
We all benefit from variation in our meal timing.
Some days doing some form of intermittent fasting & other days incorporating an earlier breakfast.
The key is mixing it up because this variation (varying the type of foods, how much we eat, and & WHEN we eat) creates a beneficial adaptation response in our bodies.
