It's a triple threat. You have conventional wheat/grain based pastry, deep-fried in toxic/rancid oxidized vegetable oils, then loaded with refined sugar. As though that's not bad enough most of them are adding food colorings and other synthetic chemical filled toppings 🤯🤦🏼♂️

3 TBSP yacon syrup (or low glycemic sweetener of choice)
1/4 cup grass-fed butter
