BOTH are great for different reasons! One is not necessarily better than the other. 😀

JUICING removes the insoluble fiber making it easier on the digestive system and leading to increased nutrient absorption. Fiber can be rough on your GI tract, especially if you're having any gut issues. 🥤

BLENDING is better as a meal replacement since you can add all sorts of fats, proteins, superfood powders, etc. and create a nourishing/filling meal. 🌪️🍽️
