Should you avoid dairy? 🤔

Well, as with any animal protein that greatly depends on the quality of dairy your getting. 🧐

Conventional, ultra-processed, pasteurized/homogenized dairy coming from sick animals is AWFUL. 😷

The vast majority of dairy sold in the grocery stores should definitely be avoided! 👎🏼

BUT, high-quality raw dairy is a different story.
•
Raw, grass-fed, organic, whole-fat dairy that hasn't been ultra processed (NON-pasteurized/NON-homogenized) is actually a very nourishing food loaded with healthy fats, high-quality protein, and an assortment of micronutrients. 🥛
•
With that being said, there is a small percentage of the population who don't do well with dairy, even if it is high-quality raw dairy. •
