Whenever people see me wearing these glasses they think I'm doing it since they look so freaking cool, but in reality it's to block out the blue light leading up to bedtime. ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ”ต๐Ÿ’ก โ€ข โ€ข Sure, they may give you an intelligent/sexy look, but that's only an added benefit of the real reason I rock these shades at night. ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐ŸŒƒ๐ŸŒœ โ€ข Excessive exposure to artificial lighting and phone/tv/computer screens (which are all very high in the blue spectrum) can be extremely harmful to your eyes and overall health.
