Sure, getting into the gym and grinding out a session on the stair climber or treadmill works for some folks, but if you find yourself dreading it.. it's likely not something you will do consistently long term. π

Getting outdoors and doing some type of physical activity you love on a regular basis can actually be even better for you in many ways than working out indoors at the gym.π³ποΈβ°οΈποΈποΈποΈ

For me that means: surfing, moutain biking, paddle boarding, hiking, free diving, rock climbing, playing sports, riding dirt bikes, yoga, and of course kayaking! ππ½ββοΈπ΅πΌββοΈπ§πΌββοΈπ§π»ββοΈποΈπΆπ
