I don't care how much weight I lift or how many reps I do. Rather than trying to impress others as with BS parameters like lifting performance, my focus is on looking good/feeling incredible so I can perform my best at everything I do and attain optimal health and happiness. •

By doing higher QUALITY repetitions, you can lift less weight and do fewer reps, while getting BETTER results! 🙌🏼

(This is not the best strategy if your main goal is strength gains and being able to lift as much as possible) 🏋🏻♂️
