Individuals who do a lot of exercise and/or are heavily sweating should be drinking even more than this. 😪😓

Drinking water as soon as you wake up in the morning kick-starts your metabolism and hydrates your cells for the day! It's an excellent habit to incorporate into your morning routine! 🌄 •
