How much water have you had to drink today?💧🤔 • HYDRATION is one of the most simple and important aspects to attaining Optimal Health. 💦 • As a general rule of thumb, I recommend at least 1 ounce for every 2 pounds of body weight. (EX: weight: 150lbs , water intake: 75+ oz) • Individuals who do a lot of exercise and/or are heavily sweating should be drinking even more than this. 😪😓 • Drinking water as soon as you wake up in the morning kick-starts your metabolism and hydrates your cells for the day!
