1-2 lbs wild-caught mahi mahi
4-6 organic heirloom tomatoes
1 organic cucumber
1 bundle organic cilantro
1 organic yellow bell pepper
1 medium organic onion
1-3 organic jalapenos
4-5 organic limes
Seasonings to taste (Salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, etc.)
Top with avocado 🥑
