The first gathering is always very special, so good luck to everyone! 🤗 Football careers are relatively short, and life after a playing career has ended can be financially and professionally challenging. To help in this transition, FIFA has created this programme by drawing upon the experience and expertise of current and former professional footballers. We hope to assist the men and women who have given us such joy through their playing careers by putting in place the support mechanisms when they retire.
