Join us every Wednesday at 7 a.m. as Coach Curtis and Coach Jake lead a bodyweight-focused session designed to help you move better, build functional strength, and improve overall movement efficiency — all without equipment.
For the next 4 weeks, we’ll be focusing on glute activation and scapular activation as we work toward mastering wall handstands, building a stronger core, and developing better balance and control.
