Meet Delaney Kastensmidt (JD 26) My name is Delaney Kastensmidt, and I am originally from the Daytona Beach, FL area. I am a second-year student at UF Law and attended UF for undergrad. I am a proud double Gator. I love cooking, spending time outdoors with my husband, and playing with my dog, Whitley! Throughout my undergraduate studies, I studied behavioral analysis, where I worked with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and various other intellectual and physical disabilities. I went to law school because I had, and still have, a strong desire to advocate for children who often have nobody to advocate on their behalf. Law school has allowed me to explore that special interest and fall in love with advocacy work in criminal and civil realms. I chose UF Law because I knew the opportunities it would provide me within the state of Florida.
