A little Koh Lanta Guide, for everyone who I have convinced to come to this beautiful Thai island 🌴 Why do I love it so much? There’s a ton of things to do, great places to eat, & the prettiest sunsets I’ve ever seen! It can be easy to get a bit bored on an island, so if you want somewhere you can chill but not get bored then this is the island for you. Lanta is fairly big, compared with the nearby islands. And there are three main areas people stay: • the north area is called Saladan, and it’s where most holiday makers / families / package type holiday makers go. We don’t really spend much time here, but if you’re with kids and like convenience then check it out. It has the prettiest beach, but the downside is that it’s so packed with people. • the middle of the island attracts more backpackers and low key travellers. Reggae bars, sundowners, great places to eat and quieter beaches. We stay here, on a beach called Khong Kong. It’s vibey, budget friendly, and close enough to Sal...
