And with that the 2024 season comes to an end 🥹💜… What a year! This has been Asiyah’s best year yet, and it’s all thanks to you. We’ve grown so much—helping more Domestic Violence survivors, bringing people together, and building stronger connections in our community. This year, we hosted NYC’s first Muslim convention, RamadanCon, put together a 5K Walk for migrants and refugees, and even ran a nationwide competition with college and high school groups to raise money for survivors and our shelter. We also created spaces to just enjoy each other’s company. Our Eid Picnic brought over 1,000 people together to celebrate and connect. Volunteer Fridays became more than a time to lend a hand—they turned into a way for people to meet, make friends, and feel at home, whether they were new to the city or just looking for community. None of this would’ve been possible without your love and support. Together, we’ve done so much, and we can’t wait to see what’s next. Thank you Asiyah family ...
