I hate to say it but….. Haven’t even started speedwork yet 😜 4:31 for 5th at yakimamile yesterday! That matches my mile PR, so I’m stoked. Coming off an injury without many workouts in my legs, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this was so fun!
