Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee joined state and local officials Thursday morning at Ross’s Landing to celebrate the state’s $15 million investment for the planned renovation of Chattanooga’s riverfront. In addition to the state’s contribution, the city and Hamilton County plan to each contribute $5 million to the project, according to officials. The estimated cost of the project is about $54 million, a news release from Bridge Public Affairs said.
