Not sure what’ll stress my parents out more — that I was diving with a few dozen sharks in the open ocean, or that this was directly on top of a submerged active volcanic core. 🌋😳 👉🏼 P.S. I love diving with sharks, and these were just little babiesss 🥹 The juveniles are instinctively curious — you’ll see them swim up to check me out, but as soon as I make eye contact (which signals awareness, so they lose the element of surprise), they swim off.
