If I could sit with her I’d tell her to stop being so hard on herself… that there’s no need to rush through life or feel pressure to figure everything out at once. I’d assure her that everything *needed* to fall apart so that we could rebuild something so much better & stronger. I’d explain to her that although we’ll never stop feeling things so deeply, we’ll also learn that we deserve to be happy, to have fun, and to choose where our energy goes. I’d remind her that intuition is our greatest compass & we were never made for a conventional path in life… and that’s a good thing. 😉 And that all those dreams we had when we were little turned out to be pretty damn good guidance. /// I love this trend so much. 🥹 It felt healing in a way to write this for a younger Alexandra who once felt so lost and so uncertain.
