The 2nd photo for perspective. 🤩 I’d been dreaming of seeing this waterfall since I moved to Indonesia 6 years ago… but it never quite worked with my schedule the previous times I’ve visited Lombok. This week I finally made the trek — a 3-hour scenic drive from the south of Lombok Island, to a village called Senaru at the base of Mount Rinjani in the north, and through the jungle barefoot (ouch) to reach these towering 45-meter/147-foot falls.
